This saw allows us to rapidly cut aluminum plates up to 12 inches thick with a high degree of precision. Our MetlSaw NF12-T12 is one of the fastest, most versatile production saws on the market. It’s made to rapidly and easily cut large, non-ferrous metal plates while holding the tightest tolerances. Our high-precision saw is capable of cutting aluminum plates to the following specifications:

Surface finish as low as 12 microinches
Vertical squareness of .0005” per inch of thickness
Horizontal squareness of .002” per foot from the corner
