Can I get a shipping quote without checking out?

For standard UPS shipping, you’ll need to go to the checkout page and enter your shipping address to see exact shipping costs. Your total will be calculated automatically and shown before you complete your purchase.

For orders requiring LTL freight shipping (materials over 108″ in length for rods/tubes/bars/pipes, flat materials over 36″ x 48″, or items weighing more than 150 pounds), the freight cost cannot be automatically calculated at checkout. For these orders:

  1. Complete your order and pay for the materials
  2. Our team will contact you within one business day with the freight shipping estimate
  3. The freight cost will be added to your order after the estimate is received
  4. Your card will be charged separately for the freight amount

You can always continue shopping or modify your cart before placing your order. If you have any questions about potential freight costs, please contact our customer service team  at metalsales@industrialmetalservice.com before placing your order.
